Reaching Your Customers in a Post-Pandemic World

I’m excited to be presenting for the RI chapter of the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE)!

We continue to be in a business and economic crisis and things are likely to remain “not normal” for some time to come, even as the economy begins to open back up. This means you need to be strategic about your planning and communications in order to ensure your efforts — from operations to marketing — are strong and effective. Revisiting how you’re communicating with your customers is vital. Everything you put out needs to HELP them know you care, that they’re a priority, that you offer great value and expertise, and most importantly, how to continue buying your products or services.

This class will focus on providing tips as to what you need to look at, change, and do to continue to create your action plan to maintain current customer relationships while fostering and nurturing new customer relationships.

Website Fundamentals: Content, Clicks, and Calls to Action

Marketing is an investment and when it comes to creating your marketing and communications foundation, your website is the cornerstone. Too many small businesses miss out because there are one or more key elements missing from their site, or navigation is confusing with too many clicks to get to desired information, or there isn’t a clear path to action converting them from visitors to customers.

This webinar clears up the confusion and provides a clear guide for what absolutely, positively must be represented on your site.

Marketing Made Easier: Editorial Calendar 101

An editorial calendar helps you see the big picture, create continuity and cohesiveness in your marketing efforts which in turn instills a sense of trust in your brand, helps eliminate stress, and saves lots of time.

This webinar is intended to educate entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits on how and why using an editorial calendar makes content/in-bound marketing easier for those who don’t have a team to help out or who cannot yet outsource these tasks.

Brand Messaging: Your Marketing Foundation

You can be the best at what you do, but if your potential custsomers don’t know exactly …

  1. What you offer
  2. Why you’re unique
  3. Why you’re the best solution to their problem

… they’re going to someone else.

Consumers do NOT buy what you sell. They buy what has value to them.

So, your value must shine clearly through everything you do.

This webinar will make clear how your brand messaging affects your marketing. You’ll learn the key elements of brand messaging and how establishing accurate and authentic messaging will positively impact your visual brand and marketing efforts.

Don’t Waste Time: How to Sell to Your Ideal Customer

When developing language to reach your customers, you can’t speak to everyone; it’ll never work. You need to speak to your ideal customer alone. If you do not, you end up wasting time and money talking to people who’ll never buy from you.

This webinar will break down this process into six steps to help you create a profile of your ideal customer … the person who you need to reach who will love what you offer and easily buy from you.
